During this time, Rodger worked as a Luxury Home Builder and Veterinary Anesthesiologist and volunteered as a US Embassy Warden. This period was an enriching and transformative experience, deeply engaging with the community and its unique way of life.

Prior to this, Rodger spent over thirty years as the Owner and Sole Principal of a corporation in San Diego, California, specializing in application-specific software. This role honed Rodger's business acumen and client service skills, laying a strong foundation for a successful career in real estate.
