About Mary
Mary Grella was born and raised in Ocean City, New Jersey. Mary attended Lancaster Bible College in Pennsylvania and then Warner Southern University in Florida where she excelled as a student and also as an NCAA volleyball player. Mary moved to Vero Beach in 1992 and has lived here ever since. Mary brings a unique blend of experience and expertise to the world of real estate, transitioning from her roles as a dedicated educator and successful business owner. With a background in teaching at Saint Edwards and Beachland Elementary, Mary's passion for nurturing growth and guiding others has always been at the forefront of her career.
After her teaching career, Mary turned her skills into being a business owner and as the owner-operator of ServiceMaster, Mary demonstrated her exceptional ability to drive business growth, taking annual revenue from $900k to over $3m+. Her commitment to excellent customer service is evident in her achievements, including the prestigious BBB Torch Award for Ethics in the Small Business category in May 2019. Mary's business acumen and dedication to ethical practices set a benchmark for businesses across South Florida, earning the highest score ever awarded by the BBB of Southeast Florida.
