Born & Raised in Vero Beach, Delaney is a 4th Generation resident. After graduating from Vero Beach High School, Delaney attended Florida State University where she earned a Bachelors Degree in Interior Design. Delaney has always been interested in the real estate industry and has run marketing for M&M Realty for many years. With years as a marketing director, her background in design and her unwavering can-do attitude, she is the perfect agent for any type of transaction.

Because of her high level of customer service, most of Delaney's business comes from referrals. When a client works with Delaney, they get the highest level of customer service as well as access to her design & marketing expertise. She is constantly helping clients, friends of clients, and referrals by making sure that every person receives an experience worth talking about.

Delaney is very involved in the community and helps out at her local church, First United Methodist with projects, mission trips and donating her time and money. In her downtime, Delaney loves going to the beach, looking at properties & design projects, hanging out with friends and spending time with her family, including her 2 dogs Maya & Maisy.
